Cancellation Policy
If cancelled before the end of the course, reimbursement will be made based on the full cost per treatment taken rather than the discounted cost of the full course. It is not appropriate to have a treatment if you have certain conditions. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don't attend a cancellation fee of £10 will be charged.
